Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
Use various methods such as job boards and social media to identify and attract candidates.
Assist with initial phone screens and scheduling of interviews for senior consultants.
Maintain candidate databases and track communications in our recruitment systems.
Provide administrative support as needed throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
