A fast-growing US multinational corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Finance System Implementation. This significant role requires a seasoned project manager with experience in Oracle finance system implementation and a solid record of managing finance projects. The successful candidate will spearhead the rollout of a new finance system across APAC countries.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the rollout of the new finance system across APAC countries.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth transition and alignment with the new finance system.
Oversee the project implementation timeline and budget, and provide regular progress reports.
Develop and implement system-related training for the finance team and other relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with global counterparts and stakeholders to harmonize processes and systems.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system implementation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations during the system implementation.
Requirements
Proven track record as a project manager, with specific experience in Oracle finance system implementation.
Solid experience managing finance projects.
Previous experience working on large-scale implementation projects within multinational corporations.
Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work with various parties within the firm.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
