A leading multinational corporation with a significant market growth trajectory is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources. This is a pivotal role focused on managing the entire HR function with a blend of strategic leadership and operational acumen. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will play a crucial role in guiding the organization’s HR strategy and execution to drive business success.
Core Responsibilities
Strategically lead all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, compliance, and retention.
Architect and implement HR policies that promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
Serve as a key strategic advisor to the COO on all aspects of human resources and organizational development.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and industry standards.
Direct change management and workforce development initiatives in support of organizational goals.
Ensure HR operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all legal requirements.
Innovate HR practices to support the firm’s growth and competitive positioning in the market
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in a multinational corporation, with a strong foundation in both strategic and operational HR leadership.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of global HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Exceptional leadership qualities with the capacity to foster a collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage with executives and staff at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
