We are a reputable and growing community-focused business in Hong Kong. Our young and energetic team is looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our marketing department as a Digital Marketing & Outreach Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create compelling content for social media posts, including copy, images, and videos
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
Identify and reach out to potential partners for collaborations and cross-promotional opportunities
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on social media
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
