We're partnering with a fast-growing professional services firm specializing in business valuation, restructuring, insolvency, forensic accounting, etc., to seek several high potential restructuring and insolvency professionals to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities:
Engage in compulsory and voluntary liquidations, bankruptcy receiverships, or restructuring projects with a diversified client portfolio
Prepare and draft reports to the Court and other deliverables to clients
Participate in the development of best practices in the firm and coach junior team members
Maintain strong relationships with clients and build professional image and network for the firm
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related disciplines, qualified CPA or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Manager grade
Experience in liquidation, insolvency, financial and operational restructuring
Strong financial analysis and modelling, reporting writing skills is essential
Good problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, business sense and commercial acumen Fluent in English is essential
