Lauris Walton is seeking a talented and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the heart of Hong Kong. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and calls

  • Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the executive

  • Assist with job postings and candidate communication

  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization

  • Deliver documents and cheques to clients and partners

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
